Youth Health Alliance raised over $1,000 dollars worth of toys for the Seattle Children’s Home. Seattle Children’s Home is a facility that provides behavioral and mental health care for children. See the video below for the delivery!

YHA Toy Drive 2010: Seattle Children’s Home

This year we have decided to collect toys and deliver them to Seattle Children’s Home, a facility that caters to emotionally and developmentally challenged kids from the ages of 13 to 18. They have some patients that live at the facility and many outpatients that need help.

Seattle Children’s Hospital Toy Drive 2008

YHA is holding a toy/book drive for children, and we will be donating these items to Seattle Children’s hospital. Items have to be new, and Monetary donations are accepted as well (sometimes best way to donate)!

This drive isn’t meant to change the lives of these children, but it is meant to help them get used to the hospital environment as they make their stays at the hospital. Anything would be helpful, even if it is just one book you are donating.

Ask your friends, families, or anyone else you like! We have 501c3 status so we are tax exempt, and can provide a tax receipt for your benefit.
